29-8-11: PLEASE NOTE for this week only there will be no monday class as its bank holiday monday and iI only just found out last min that Tuesday will be cancelled due to blood testing in Saltney Tavern Club, all classes back to norrmal from this Thursday.
 
24-8-11: Wow its summer and zumba classes in Chester are booming, thank you so much for all your support, this month we did African Dream routine, I just love the African beat.

15-7-2011: Last nights zumba class was AWESOME thanks for everyones support, we even had big fans around the room cooling us off... bliss :-) remember guys on Thursday 4th August there will be no zumba class as their doing major roadworks and electric in the venue will be completly off... for one night only... I apologise in advance.

12-7-2011: We are now planning a meal out for Zumba class members, we will keep you informed, the date will be somewhere in August

23-6-2011: Summer is here and classes are booming! Everyone is wanting to get in for shape for their holidays. Remember if you have a friend that wants a fun activity that will also help them to loose weight bring them along.

13-6-2011: Well what can i say everyone has made massive effort to turn up to the zumba classes, thank you so much to everyone for their support. We have some great venues and 4 great classes i hope to see you this coming week.
